BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS: Sunday, Oct. 5 (10 am)

All God’s creatures are welcome at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church as we honor St. Francis of Assisi. Bring your leashed or caged pet and be part of a joyful outdoor Episcopal worship service on the church’s park-like grounds.

St. Margaret’s Church is a community of faith “Seeking, Serving and Sharing” Christ’s love at home, in the surrounding Plainview/Old Bethpage community, and in the world.

This is a big month for St. Margaret’s, a warm and welcoming church in Plainview, N.Y. You are invited to explore your faith with us as we begin our 2014-2015 program year.

Visitors are always welcome!

PROGRAM YEAR SCHEDULE
Sunday

8 AM - Rite I spoken Eucharist
9 AM - Education (open enrollment) (except the first Sunday of the month)
- Children (ages 2-5th grade)
- Youth (new program for grades 6-8)
- Adult Forum (learn more about the Episcopal Church, and a pilgrimage we are planning)
10 AM - Rite II Eucharist with music. - Come meet Susan Isherwood, our new Director of Music. If you are interested in joining the choir, please speak with Susan.

Thursdays

9 AM - Holy Eucharist (informal, come as you are!)

9:30 AM - Book/Bible Study
