440 Gallery - Literary Reading - Beth Hahn, Nora Maynard and Laura Catherine Brown

Join us for a literary reading with three authors: Beth Hahn, Nora Maynard, and Laura Catherine Brown.

Beth Hahn studied art and writing at The University of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and earned an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College. Her short stories have appeared in N​ecessary Fiction,​T​he Hawai’i Review,​T​he South Carolina Review,​and T​he Emrys Journal.​Her debut novel, THE SINGING BONE, is a spring 2016 title from Regan Arts. Nora Maynard’s work has appeared in Salon, Drunken Boat, The Millions, The Atticus Review, and elsewhere. Nora is a winner of the Bronx Writers’ Center/Bronx Council on the Arts’ Chapter One Competition, and has received fiction fellowships from Ragdale, Ucross, Blue Mountain Center, and The Artists’ Enclave at I­Park. Laura Catherine Brown’s first novel, Q​uickening,​was chosen as a Barnes & Noble Discover selection.
