PARK SLOPE— A vacant lot, between Sixth and Seventh avenues in Park Slope, could soon become a five-story residential building with 10 homes, a rooftop terrace and a rear yard.
Developers have filed plans for a 52-foot-tall building with 13,704 square feet of residential space at 369 13th Street. The proposal also includes a cellar and a terrace on the fifth floor.
The 10 planned homes would average about 1,370 square feet a piece, based on the project's total residential floor area.
The filing does not identify the apartment layouts or confirm whether the units will go on the market as condominiums or enter the rental market.
The property sits a short walk from the Seventh Avenue subway station, which serves the F and G trains.
The filing does not include a projected construction schedule or completion date. It also does not establish when developers expect to begin work.
