Designing Your Career Blueprint

​Imagine a room where you don't have to explain why you work the way you work — you just do. The Late Bloomers Collective is that room: a community for neurodivergent women and nonbinary folks to stop performing and start building careers that work with your brain instead of against it.

​You already know how to survive rooms that weren't built for you. Come to one that was — a place where we learn from each other's successes, sharing the one hack that's working for you so you leave with five more.

​This isn't therapy. It's professional development that fits how your brain works.

​What to expect:

• ​Small-group conversations about what you're working on and what's getting in your way
• ​A rapid-fire round of real hacks from real people
• ​A hands-on art and visioning exercise around building a professional environment that's tailored to you
• ​Light bites and drinks to keep you going

​This is for everyone who got the memo late that "just try harder" was never the answer, and isn't interested in pretending otherwise. Come as you are — you don't need to translate yourself here.
