Evidence shows that every time you sense, imagine, or move in the world, neuronal loops are activated in the brain, reinforcing old patterns or making new connections. Through this process, you can train your nervous system away from habitual anxiety and blocks and toward new patterns of creative flow.
In a supportive environment, you will immerse yourself in Sense Writing, integrating visualization, light movement, and writing exercises. Learn to:
* Interrupt body and language patterns that inhibit writing
* Find pleasure in all stages of writing.
* Complete three pieces of creative non-fiction or fiction.
* Set creative goals and work toward them effectively.
Sense Writing has helped writers, performers, and teachers, journalists, award-winning artists, consultants, filmmakers, therapists, and others unlock their creative voices. Open to writers of all levels and genres.
