
Curious about yoga? This lively workshop will teach you the fundamentals of yoga and prepare you for a Basics yoga class. Explore basic asanas (yoga postures), proper alignment, pranayama (breath), and meditation. We will practice basic stretches, flow sequencing, balancing poses, and relaxation techniques. You will learn how to use yoga props in class to ease tight muscles and to cultivate a healthy, safe practice.
