In honor of the 150th anniversary of Congregation Beth Elohim, join us for a multimedia examination of the development of the synagogue from antiquity into the present with two historians and synagogue architecture experts, Professors David Kaufman (Hofstra University) and Seth Schwartz (Columbia University), with a special emphasis on CBE’s 1909 Sanctuary building and 1929 Temple House.
