FREE Pilates Mat and Springs Class

FREE Pilates Mat and Springs Class.  This class is for students new to BodyTonic.  Enjoy a free 55 minute class to test out Pilates or test drive BodyTonic.  Pilates focuses mainly on the abdominals but in a very user-friendly way.  Joe Pilates designed the mat work in the 1920's for the "modern man and woman," to enjoy a healthy body and a happy life.  This class includes his mat work and some additional working out using spring resistence.  Open to all levels, but limited to 6 people.  No reservations.  First come, first serve.  Mats are provided.  Wear loose comfortable clothing and come ready to tone, lengthen and strengthen.  You will feel better, stand taller, breathe more freely and feel energized and relaxed.  See for yourself!
