This workshop will focus on developing a healthy and clean handstand practice. We’ll work on pranayama, bandhas, and heart-opening techniques that inform handstands, handstand transitions (including handstand to chatarunga) and the handstand of all handstands – THE PRESS.
These workshops are constantly changing and growing so feel free to repeat as needed to brush up your inversion practice and find new techniques to keep you upside down.
