Everyone has dozens of stories about their body but few stories get explored in depth or fully heard. Our memory of an anatomical experience often rests in the joy, pain, or emotion of that moment and its aftermath but we never get to go deeper and explore what actually happened.
We will begin our experience with a heart opening yoga practice to free up the anatomy of the upper torso and find a place of deep comfort and improved breath awareness. The short yoga practice will set the foundation for creative introspection and honesty.
We will then learn how to tell a story that only you can tell: Your story. We will explore different ways to listen to ourselves and others, engage in collaborative story excavation exercises and learn specific tools and methods to tell your story. Discover the awareness that we are not separate from other people, and that the more connected we our to our bodies, the more connected we will be to others.
