NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Opens Ambulatory Pediatric Practice on Degraw Street
In addition to general pediatricians, the office will offer other subspecialists such as pulmonology and oncology in the new offices.

From NY Presbyterian Hospital: On Monday, August 21, NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital opened the doors of a new pediatric practice site at 621 Degraw Street. The space is replacing the Hospitalâs shuttered pediatric practice at One Prospect Park West.
The new office on Degraw Street offers a spacious, comfortable waiting area, as well as 11 exam rooms and a lactation room. In addition to general pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists in the areas of pulmonology, cardiology, endocrinology, hematology and oncology will also see patients in the new offices.
âThe opening celebration was wonderful, and the new space is amazing. Our doctors will be able to treat an even greater number of patients across a number of specialties in one location. We know that great things will happen here,â said Pramod Narula, M.D., chairman of pediatrics at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. âThis wouldnât have been possible without the hard work of our staff, including Fiona Fernandez, construction director, and Steven Gelman, M.D., attending pediatrician. I know that our pediatric staff will love working here.â
