Summer Student Strength and Conditioning Program

Park Slope CrossFit is starting a Student Strength and Conditioning Program!

We are offering a strength and conditioning program for students over the summer. We will have Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes from 2:30 – 4:00PM. The program is open to boys and girls of any fitness level for the ages of 13 and up. Spots will be limited in order to ensure quality attention for everyone. The program will be broken down into two-week sessions. Each session will cost $120 and the dates will be as follows:

Session 1: June 29, July 1, July 3, July 6, July 8, July 10

Session 2: July 13, July 15, July 17, July 20, July 22, July 24

We plan to add more sessions later in the summer following the same schedule.
