Watch: Tyrese Does Crip Walk on Brooklyn-Bound F Train

"Oh my God, that is Tyrese!"

Tyrese Gibson, of ’90s slow-jam and supermodel fame, is currently promoting his new R&B album. So Tyrese Gibson, of ‘90s slow-jam and supermodel fame, just did the Crip Walk on the F Train, of course.

In a video of the subway routine posted to his Facebook page, Gibson starts out a little slow on the West 4th Street platform in Manhattan, but really gets into it once the car doors open.

He even grabs the pole at one point for a brief stripper twirl. (To which MTA officials might respond: “”Poles Are For Your Safety, Not Your Latest Routine.”)

“Excuse me ladies and gentlemen, I’m one of the street performers,” Gibson tells F Train riders in the video, clearly tickled to be recognized.

Unfortunately, the one lady in the car who clearly does not recognize Tyrese is also the one toward which he directs a faint twerking motion. Hard out here for a ‘90s slow-jam supermodel.

Here’s another witness video from later on in the ride.
