Welcome to Katz Corner! Cartoon Workshops
Limited edition workshops by cartoonist Pilar Newton-Katz in Park Slope. Students learn cartooning and animation!
Introducing Katz Corner, limited edition packages of four once-weekly workshops where students learn how to draw cartoons and how to do stop motion animation! Taught by local cartoonist, animator Pilar Newton-Katz. Pilar has done work for Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Golden Books, Rocket Power, Courage the Cowardly Dog and MTV’s Daria.
Each workshop is 90 minutes. The next session begins April 16th. Release your kid’s inner Walt!
Classes are held in an intimate setting in Park Slope’s PostMark Cafe playroom!
(6th street off of 5th ave btw 4th and 5th avenue)
