2 Charged In Connection To East Patchogue Armed Robbery: PD
Two out of the three people involved in an armed robbery this week were arrested Thursday night, police said.

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — Two of the three people involved in the armed robbery of an East Patchogue pharmacy this week have been arrested, Suffolk Police announced on Friday.
On Monday, robbed the Light House Pharmacy on 747 Montauk Highway, police said. One man displayed a handgun while the trio stole cash and prescription medications from the business, police said. They then fled the scene eastbound on Montauk Highway in a light-colored vehicle.
Jamell Coleman, 27, and Virginia Barreto-Aquino, 25, both of Middle Island, were arrested at their home at 11 p.m. on Thursday in connection to the incident, police said. Both were charged with first degree robbery, police said.

Coleman is scheduled to be arraigned today at First District Court in Central Islip and Barreto-Aquino will be arraigned at a later date. The third person is still at large.
