2 New Businesses Host Grand Openings In Patchogue

PATCHOGUE, NY - Two new businesses hosted their grand opening ceremonies this past weekend.

Residents came out to celebrate the openings of Hometown Bake Shop and Healing Arts Studios.

First the bakery, located on 16 Havens Avenue, held its grand opening on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The ceremony included a ribbon cutting.

Hometown officially opened its second location in Patchogue last month. The owners expanded after opening the first Hometown Bakery on 2 Little Neck Road in Centerport.

Then on Sunday, the Patchogue Wellness Center officially unveiled its new Healing Arts Studio. The center, located on 157 North Ocean Avenue, was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Co-directors Kateri Drake and Patty Murphy hosted the event which included a Community Healing. The healing included donations which went to support Harmony Cafe of Long Island.
