3 Robberies Reported In Patchogue This Week

Police are investigating three robberies that occurred in Patchogue this week.

In the first robbery, three men stole another man's wallet and cellphone at the CVS located at 503 E. Main St. in East Patchogue around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. The wallet contained cash and a debit card.

In the second robbery, a man was exiting the rear door of a store located at 2 W. Main Street in Patchogue when he was confronted by two men who punched and kick him at 3:15 p.m. The robbers stole a bag of clothing from the man. Police said a report did not indicate which store the victim was leaving but the rear of 2 W. Main Street opens up to the Church Street municipal lot.

The third robbery occurred around 10 p.m. Tuesday. Police say two people made arrangements via Facebook to buy/sell clothing. Two men came to seller’s home on Division Street and pushed him and stole the clothing.

No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made in any of the robberies.
