The event had been scheduled to run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., offering $10 unlimited water taxi rides to waterfront restaurants. But organizers announced in a Facebook post Thursday morning the event would not proceed as planned. However, folks can still head to the waterfront and listen to some live music at participating restaurants.
