PATCHOGUE, NY — Alive After Five is returning this summer, kicking off Thursday, with its 25th celebration.
The popular outdoor concert series is one of Long Island’s most anticipated and well-attended seasonal events, drawing around 15,000 to 25,000 visitors each night.
Other performance dates include July 16, July 30, and Aug. 13. The rain date is Aug. 20.
The event not only includes live music across multiple stages, but also outdoor dining, more than 120 vendors, a family-friendly children’s area featuring face painting and crafts, and a dynamic showcase of local artists, performers, and businesses.
Many businesses also stay open to allow visitors to shop.
"As we celebrate this milestone 25th anniversary, this year’s event is even more meaningful as we proudly join in commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States, making this season of Alive After 5 more impactful and memorable than ever," Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Silvana Aloisio said in a statement on the organization's website.
