Brookhaven Town Superintendent, Officials Sworn In For New Term
What town issue would you like to see officials tackle in 2020?

TOWN OF BROOKHAVEN, NY - The recently elected Town of Brookhaven officials were sworn in during a recently ceremony at Brookhaven Town Hall. On January 6, Supervisor Ed Romaine and the Town Council, Superintendent of Highways Dan Losquadro and Receiver of Taxes Lou Marcoccia were sworn in to office after being elected during the last Election Day in November.
Hundreds of guests, family, friends and elected officials from local, county and state governments gathered to attended the swearing in with New York State Senate Minority Leader John Flanagan serving as Master of Ceremonies.

The event opened with a presentation of the colors by East Patchogue VFW Post 8300 followed by Danielle Hoffman singing "God Bless America" and Anna Lubitz singing "The National Anthem."
After being sworn-in for his fifth term by the Honorary James Hudson with his wife Diane and grandchildren by his side, Romaine addressed the crowd. He spoke about several issues within the town including the environment, Town finances, transportation, quality of life, past accomplishments and the future of the Town of Brookhaven.
