Captain Austin Roe Society at Yaphank's Swezey-Avey House

The children help with gardening at the Swezey-Avey House on September 17, 2017

Children from Patchogue based Children of the American Revolution Captain Austin Roe Soceity enjoyed a lovely day in Yaphank at the lakeside Swezey-Avey House. President Kaitlyn Kearns lead the children in a clean up of the Veteran's Memorial which welcomes guests at this lovely park. The park has been restored for all children by Bob and Audrey Kessler of the Yaphank Historical Association. Afterwards the children enjoyed lawn games and snacks. The playground was enjoyed by all.
