First Responders From Six Different Agencies Called To Fire At Abandoned Home In North Bellport: Authorities
The fire was deemed non-criminal, Suffolk police say.
NORTH BELLPORT, NY — Local area firefighters from four different departments were called to the scene of a fire at an abandoned home in North Bellport on Sunday morning, authorities said.
It broke out at the Doane Avenue home at around 2:30 a.m., drawing firefighters from Bellport, Hagerman, Brookhaven, and East Moriches, Suffolk's Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services said.
No one was hurt, according to a Suffolk police spokesman.

Altogether, six different agencies, including South Country Ambulance, and the Brookhaven Town Fire Marshal's office responded.
