Holiday Events To Kick Off In Patchogue This Weekend

PATCHOGUE, NY - The holiday season will be kicking off in Patchogue starting this weekend. The annual gathering at the Patchogue River will be taking place from Nov. 22 to Nov. 24.

First, on Friday will be the first annual SantaCon Bar Crawl. The event will begin at 5 p.m. Local bars including Harbor Crab Co on 116 Division Street, Drift 82 on 82 Brightwood Street, Off Key Tikki on 31 Baker Place and The Oar Steak and Seafood Grille on 264 West Avenue.

Then on Saturday, there will be Preview Night at the Patchogue River starting at 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Off Key Tikki Marina. Guests will be able to vote for their favorite.

Finally, on Sunday the 26th annual Christmas Light Boat Parade will kick off at the river from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees will get the chance to enjoy dozens of decorated boats light up the river. This year’s theme is a "A Pirate Christmas."

There will be a free public viewing at Sandspit Park at the Davis Park Ferry Terminal and FINS at the Watch Hill terminal, as well as all the waterfront restaurants.
