Knife-Swinging Man Punched To Ground In Patchogue Brawl: VIDEO
Video shows a man swinging a large knife at another man during a brawl in Patchogue.
PATCHOGUE, NY — Video shows a brawl break out in Patchogue between a group of men, including one who swung a large knife at another man.
Video posted on Twitter on Friday afternoon showed several men fighting on a gravel lot around 2 a.m. as onlookers watched near parked cars. At one point, a man punches a knife-swinging man in the face, knocking him to the ground.
Twitter user @daynamariie told Patch she took the video and that it happened in Patchogue. She did not say what day or where exactly the melee happened.

Suffolk County police said Patchogue officers were called around 2 a.m. Friday to a fight involving a knife near River Avenue and Weeks Street. When police officers arrived, there was no complainant to pursue charges. One man was arrested for a violating the terms of his parole in an unrelated case.
