LI Woman Sentenced To 12 Years In Connection With Sex Trafficking Of 14-Year-Old Girl: DA

The girl was missing for 25 days back in 2024, investigators have previously said.

RIVERSIDE, NY — A twelve-year prison sentence was handed down to a Long Island woman on Thursday in connection with the sex trafficking a 14-year-old girl — missing for 25 days back in 2024 — in exchange for drugs, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney's office said.

In August, Jacquelyn Comiskey, 54, pleaded guilty to felony charges of sex trafficking of a child, promoting prostitution, and endangering the welfare of a child in the case of the girl, Newsday reported.

Prosecutors have previously said the girl was raped and trafficked and then found on a yacht in Islip, according to the outlet.
