Man Arrested After Stabbing Person In Neck In Patchogue: Police

The stabbing occurred in a parking lot early Friday, police say.

A Medford man was arrested after he stabbed another man in the neck in Patchogue early Friday morning, police said.

According to Suffolk Police, 30-year-old Michael Yudess stabbed a 41-year-old Farmingville man in a parking lot off Main Street at about 4:30 a.m. The two men were known to each other, police said.

The man who was stabbed required medical attention, but police did not have information on the extent of his injuries.

Yudess was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
