Man Found Shot To Death Outside East Patchogue Home
The 25-year-old was found dead on Monday evening.
EAST PATCHOGUE, NY - A Shirley man was killed in a shooting in East Patchogue on Monday evening, according to Suffolk Police. Officers responded to a home on Taylor Avenue after a 911 caller reported a possible gunshot victim outside the residence at about 5:10 p.m.
When officers arrived, they discovered 25-year-old Tyrell D. Smith had been shot, police said.
Smith was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
