Man Robbed, Assaulted Outside Patchogue 7-Eleven

PATCHOGUE, NY – Police are investigating a robbery that occurred outside a Patchogue 7-Eleven Sunday night.

According to police, a 57-year-old man was outside the 7-Eleven located at 272 East Main St. around 10 p.m. when he was approached by two men who demanded money and punched him in the face. They stole cash from the victim and fled.

The man was self-transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
