Man Robbed, Struck With Glass Bottle In Patchogue Parking Lot

PATCHOGUE, NY– Two males on bicycles robbed and assaulted a man who had been sitting in his car in a Patchogue parking lot Wednesday morning, Suffolk Police said.

The victim was in the Church Street parking lot when the bicyclists approached at about 4:15 a.m.

The victim exited his vehicle and was hit in the head with a glass bottle. The assailants then stole the man's wallet, police said.

The victim refused medical attention. No arrests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
