Moe’s Southwest Grill Opening New Location in Patchogue

Moe’s Southwest Grill is coming to Patchogue. 

The restaurant plans to open in the fall in the Gateway Plaza shopping center located at 499 Sunrise Highway North Service Road, according to a press release announcing Moe's lease of a space formerly occupied by Casual Male XL. 

Moe's, which was founded in Atlanta in 2000, currently has seven restaurants on Long Island, including locations in Commack, Smithtown and Rocky Point. 

Greg Batista, a director at Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, arranged the lease for the Patchogue location. Pergament Properties, of Woodbury, is the landlord of the property.
