PATCHOGUE, NY — A new breakfast spot is set to open in Patchogue soon. Rise & Grind Kitchen and Coffee Bar will be taking over the former Country Kitchen on 240 E. Main Street.

An exact opening date has not yet been announced, but owner Philip Shum told GreaterPatchogue that the eatery is scheduled to open this month, with limited indoor seating as well as outdoor seating.
