- A sobriety checkpoint resulted in the arrest of four people in Patchogue on late Friday and early Saturday. Officers spotted driving offenses in the Patchogue Village that seemed to result from driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or both. Police used a Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) to test drivers that were caught and arrested during the operation. (Patchogue Patch)
- Patchogue-Medford Public Library will welcome new teenagers in the area with crafts, snacks, and fun socializing on Tuesday, May 31 at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Carnegie Library. (PMPL)
- New Pak's Halal opens in Patchogue, serving European and Middle Eastern style munchies. The new spot is located at 416 Sunrise Highway. The restaurant has a different menu that blends two different styles of Halal and has been getting good reviews from the foodies out there! (Greater Long Island)
- Have you been looking for a reason to laugh? All comedians who won the Aragona's Comedy Contest will perform at the Clare Rose Playhouse located at 155 West Roe Boulevard in Patchogue. (Eventbrite)
