• Aug. 15: Harassment reported on Fairmont Avenue in North Patchogue at 7:43 p.m.
• Aug. 14: Criminal mischief reported on westbound Sunrise Service Road in North Patchogue at 10:30 a.m.
• Aug. 14: Identity theft reported on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue at 12 p.m.
• Aug. 14: Assault reported on Brookhaven Avenue in East Patchogue at 3:15 p.m.
