Patchogue's Arts On Terry Festival 2019: PHOTOS

The 2019 Arts on Terry festival was held Sunday. Here are some of the best photos, in case you missed it.

PATCHOGUE, NY — The 2019 Arts on Terry event was a rousing success Sunday as festival-goers were treated to live music, arts and crafts and blue skies, even if wind gusts picked up at points.

The annual event, a joint effort by the Patchogue Arts Council and Artspace Patchogue Lofts, is meant to shine a light on the best artwork the village has to offer, as well as to attract other groups across Long Island. Featuring contemporary art, organizers call it an art fair "with a twist." It's meant to have a "big art fair feel" but on a local scale. And of course, it takes place on and around Terry Street.

This year, the festival featured more than 200 artists, 15-plus pop-up galleries and street artists and more than two dozen individual artist booths. Attendees were treated to art from Vera Worthington's Fine Art, Divine Madness Collective, Theresa Christensen Fine Art and more.

Beer, wine and delicious food were served, and the event even featured live musical performances, including from "The 'Conversation,'" "Jake," "Bryan Gallo & His Band." Live poetry also took the stage for a couple hours.

Here's a roundup of our 15 favorite photos — and one video — from the event.
