Paul Zientarski Presents On Learning Readiness Physical Education
He created the Learning Readiness Physical Education program in the Naperville and has been visited by people all over the world.

From Patchogue- Medford Schools: Paul Zientarski, an educational consultant from Naperville, Ill., was a featured speaker at Patchogue-Medford Schools in early November.
He created the Learning Readiness Physical Education program in the Naperville School District and has been visited by people all over the world for his studies and program. He spoke with those in attendance at the special district event held at Patchogue-Medford High School.
“Paul spoke about the importance of exercise and its effect on cognitive function and academic performance,” said Ryan Cox, Patchogue-Medford’s Director of Athletics, Physical Education, Health Education and Student Health Services. “The importance of a quality physical education program is essential for the success of our students.”

Cox added that, “Neuroscience research has proven that the brain creates new brain cells during exercise. After a student performs rigorous physical activity in a quality physical education class, the brain is more prepared to learn and his data proved that students achieved more success in the classes following PE class. Students would choose to schedule PE prior to classes they found the most difficulty in and improved their scores in these classes. A key component is that daily exercise in a child’s life is imperative for improved success in the classroom.”
The event was open to everyone in the school district and was also attended by athletic directors from around Suffolk County.
