Pedestrian Struck In North Patchogue: Police
The man was taken to NYU Langone-Suffolk in East Patchogue with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
NORTH PATCHOGUE, NY — A pedestrian was struck in North Patchogue on Sunday, Suffolk police said.
A 53-year-old Holtsville woman was backing her 2024 Subaru SUV out of a parking space on Medford Avenue just before 5 p.m., when the vehicle struck a 31-year-old Patchogue man who walked behind the moving vehicle, according to police.
The man was taken to NYU Langone-Suffolk in East Patchogue with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

It was one of two crashes resulting in injury with a day. On Saturday, a motorcyclist was hurtin a crash with an SUV.
