Police: Trio Robs Man of Bike in Patchogue

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Patchogue on Thursday evening.

Police say a 30-year-old male was riding his bicycle on Railroad Avenue at about 6 p.m. when a female and two males, all possibly teens, stopped him, approached him and demanded money.

The man stated he did not have money, police said. The assailants then pushed him off the bicycle and stole it, police said. They rode off south on Railroad Avenue, police said.
