Search On For Hit-And-Run Driver Who Struck Pedestrian On LI: PD

PATCHOGUE, NY — The search is on for a driver who struck a pedestrian in Patchogue and fled the scene in early March, police said.

A man was crossing North Ocean Avenue at West Lakewood Street when he was struck by a gray sedan at 9:24 p.m. on March 4, Suffolk County police said. The pedestrian was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
