Support The Troops Honor Planned Before Pat-Med/Longwood Football Game
The troops - active military personnel and veterans from all branches - will be honored before the start of the game on Friday.
PATCHOGUE, NY — Members of the U.S. armed forces will be honored at a special "Support the Troops" ceremony before Patchogue-Medford's Varsity football game against Longwood on Friday evening.
The Patchogue-Medford Athletic Department, Hall of Fame, and Youth Football, Lacrosse, and Cheer have invited active military personnel and veterans to be honored for their service at Raider Stadium at the Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy Campus of Patchogue-Medford High School at 5:40 p.m.
The football game will follow at 6 p.m.

Those taking part in the ceremony are asked to arrive by 5:15 p.m.
