Where To Find Green Bagels For St. Patrick's Day 2026
They're not native to Ireland, but, just like Corned Beef and Cabbage, they have become a festive staple around St. Patrick's Day.
LONG ISLAND, NY — Green bagels are not native to Ireland, or really anywhere for that matter, but, just like Corned Beef and Cabbage, they have become a festive staple around St. Patrick's Day on Long Island.
Not everyone sells them, and if you have a hankering for one, you should call ahead and make sure they are in stock. Some bakeries and bagel shops go as far making shamrock-shaped green bagels.
It's also good to order ahead, if you want more than one.
