Woman Delivering Food Carjacked In North Bellport
Three men, one waving what appeared to be a taser, threatened her and drove off in the 2016 Honda CRV she was driving, cops say.
NORTH BELLPORT, NY — A woman delivering food to a North Bellport neighborhood was carjacked last Thursday, Suffolk police said.
She had been making a delivery on Scherger Avenue at about 10:45 p.m., when she was approached by three men, one of whom had what appeared to be a taser and threatened her, according to police.
The woman was not harmed, but the the trio ended up driving off in her of 2016 Honda CRV, police said. It is not immediatley clear if the woman was also robbed of money. Police could not say what business she was delivering for or whether they believe she had been called to the location specifically to be robbed.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, which is being investigated as a first-degree robbery. No other details were released by police.
