1-Truck Crash Leads To Charge In Orangetown
Police were called to Route 340 and Oak Tree Road at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday.
ORANGETOWN, NY — Police were called to Route 340 and Oak Tree Road at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday. A truck had crashed into a guard rail and a tree.
Police said the driver was Steven M. Hogan, 47, of Pomona. They came to the conclusion that he was intoxicated.
He was taken to Orangetown Police headquarters where he failed a breath test, police alleged.
