2 Weekend DUI Arrests in Orangetown
Police allege that the New City man was drunk and the Connecticut man was high on drugs.

Victor Lleshaj, 22, faces a charge of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Police said the New City resident was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 304 in Pearl River on July 11. He failed field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer test, police said. He was released on $250 bail and is due in Orangetown Justice Court Aug. 11.
Kevin Harvey, 23, faces a charge of driving while ability impaired/drugs. The Waterbury, CT man was found on Flitt Street in Tappan at 4:04 p.m. July 12 asleep at the wheel of a car with his foot on the brake. The engine was running and the car was in drive. He failed field sobriety tests and was found in possession of heroin, police allege. He was released on bail and is due in Orangetown Justice Court Aug. 12.
