4AM DWI for Congers Man In Pearl River
He was stopped Saturday after running a red light, police said.

PEARL RIVER, NY — Congers resident William C. Foster, 22, faces DWI charges in Orangetown. Police said an officer watched Foster run a red light on Main Street in Pearl River at 4:19 a.m. Saturday.
When he was stopped on North Middletown Road, Foster showed signed of drunkenness, police allege. He failed field sobriety tests. A breathalyzer test at police headquarters registered a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent, police said.
He is due in Orangetown town court Dec. 13.
