Accused of Stealing from a Neighbor's Storage Shed

Anthony Ziegler faces charges of Burglary 3rd degree (felony), Criminal possession of Stolen Property 5th degree (misdemeanor) and Petit Larceny (misdemeanor).

Police allege that over the past two weeks Ziegler has been stealing property from a neighbor’s closed storage shed and transporting said property back to his own home in a rented U-Haul truck.

The 62-year-old Blauvelt resident was arraigned by Judge Loftus and was released on $2,500 bail pending a future appearance in Orangetown Court, police said.
