• Pearl River Bar License Suspended Over Underage Drinking (rocklandnews.com) — A downtown Pearl River sports bar has had its liquor license emergency-suspended after state and local investigators reported finding numerous underage patrons and alleged alcohol sales to minors. The suspension, ordered Aug. 14, halts alcohol service while the State Liquor Authority pursues administrative charges. Hudson West can contest the allegations at a hearing, but could ultimately lose its license.
