• $350K Awarded to Rockland Organizations (rocklandnews.com) — State Assemblyman Aron Wieder has directed $350,000 in grants to 11 Rockland County organizations, announcing the awards from his Pearl River district office. The funding supports police, fire, ambulance, schools, youth programs and family services across Ramapo and Orangetown, meaning Pearl River residents will see benefits in public safety, education support and community services throughout the 97th Assembly District.
