Area Companies Encouraged to Attend Rockland Business Association’s Social Media Seminar

Grow Your Business Through Social Media: Strategies, Tactics and Basic Tips

Pearl River, NY (September 19, 2016) — The Rockland Business Association is encouraging area companies of all sizes to attend its educational seminar, “Grow Your Business Through Social Media: Strategies, Tactics and Basic Tips.” The event, presented by the RBA Professional Marketing Council, is designed for those interested in learning how to take advantage of various social media tools such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016, from 8:30 am – 10:00 am in the Pearl River Hilton’s Le Jardin Room (cost: $25 Members / $40 Future Members). This event is being sponsored by Holt Construction Corporation.

The event will be moderated by Ann Byne, Principal of The Byne Group (http://www.thebynegroup.com), along with Co-Moderator, Susan Rutledge, Site Communications Leader of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

“Social media has become a wildly popular powerful marketing tool, giving companies and organizations another avenue to reach their target audiences," Byne said. "Because social media is always evolving, it can be difficult to navigate the latest trends while still running a business. This event is designed to provide insights into how companies can effectively use social media today.”
