Arrest After Rear-End Crash On Route 303 In Orangeburg
An Old Tappan resident was charged with DWI.

ORANGETOWN, NY — A resident of Old Tappan, NJ faces a charge of driving while intoxicated after a crash on Route 303. Orangetown police arrested Eric Phenix Jan. 24.
Police said Phenix rear-ended a vehicle that was waiting to turn left onto Stevens Way from Route 303. There were no reported injuries.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated because his blood alcohol level was above .18 percent, police said.
