How to Make Change: From Idea to Action

Today, I had the honor and privilege of being featured on the White House's website for work I am involved in here in Rockland County.

Before becoming active in the community, I often wondered....What can I do to make a difference? 

We all have the power to create positive change in our communities, but many times are timid to take that first step in doing so.

That crucial first step is becoming involved. Whether it be joining a club in school, volunteering in your community, etc., there are so many ways one can contribute their time to making a difference in the lives of others.  

I encourage everyone to find their passion and voice and use it to help make our community a better place.  

We are blessed to live in such an amazing community. Let us work to make sure our community continues to bring joy to so many for generations to come.
